We plan to rent out 3 rooms in our house for no more than 6 months.Short term 1-3 months rent is also acceptable.The house is located at a nice and quiet area in Huntington.
It's only about 3km to lots of shops and supermarkets like countdown and new world.
The house is 2 years old ( everything is still pretty new) and has 1 spacious living areas, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, outdoor living, double garagingand off street parking, heat pump in living room.Currently, I and my son( about 5 years old) live in the house. My wife is on business trip for about 3 months. She will be back later.We are easy-going family.We are looking for flatmates: Kid friendly, Tidy, no drama,Normal work and rest, no drinks and no smoking
Since my son is allergic to animal fur, no pet please.We also welcome professional family with kid at my son's age. Then the kid can share my son's toys and have great fun together! :-)House is furnished. If you like, you can bring your own bedroom furniture etc.
