MASTER BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE FOR RENT FROM 6/9, Hamilton in St Andrews, Canterbury for sale

We have had the pleasure of renting a room to a lovely teenage boy who has been doing an apprenticeship in Hamilton for the past 2 years. He will be departing next month, and we will be looking for someone to fill the room. Details below:
4 bedroom house with large, fully-fenced garden/yard
Room for rent is the MASTER SUITE, with private ensuite/toilet and walk-in closet. Room is at opposite end of house to all other bedrooms, so you will have privacy (we never knew if the boarder was there or not, even when he was "gaming" and blowing things up haha).
Ideally we are looking for someone who is quiet and respects our space. We are a professional couple in our mid-30s and have a young, well-behaved child.
Absolutely no smokers or pets (non-negotiable).
Located on a quiet, safe, cul-de-sac in Hamilton North, within walking distance to shops, bus stops, parks, etc.
Rent is $165/wk and includes all utilities (including internet), unless the utilities substantially increase upon your arrival. Will consider all inquiries, but ideally we'd like to rent the room to a clone of the boy currently there haha. He was at his apprenticeship all day, quiet at night, went home on the weekends, and paid rent on time. Couldn't ask for better. Happy to have serious inquiries stop by for a look. Thanks :)
